Sue Kichman is a seasoned REALTOR® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty, bringing decades of experience to clients throughout the listing and selling process. A REALTOR® since 1988, Sue built a highly successful career with a strong emphasis on new home construction.

After more than twenty years in active sales, Sue transitioned into leadership, serving as Director of Operations for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in both the Hershey and Camp Hill offices. She has since retired from management, but remains actively engaged as a REALTOR®, continuing to guide clients with clarity, integrity, and confidence.
